Travel time is billed to help cover the prepping costs to and from the job. This charge as well goes towards covering truck, gas and milage costs.
All payments are due after the job is completed. As payment we accept cash, debit and credit cards with a 4% processing fee.
We provide furniture pads and floor runners to help keep the furniture, walls and floors intact during the move. We as well sell packing materials at industry standard rates to help cater to fragile belongings such as glass ware and various unique pieces that you may have in your home to further protect your items.
It is the clients responsibility to make sure that there is a place for the truck to park. For example residents in the washington dc area where parking is a little more hectic, reserving parking ahead of time would help reduce delays on moving day. As for apartment complexes with elevators we would suggest that you reserve the elevators ahead of time to ensure a smooth moving process on move day.
